Graduated from Mumbai University (R. A. Podar college of Commerce & Economics) in 2003 and qualified as a chartered accountant in July 2008 and since then has been practising.

Besides the proprietorship concern viz. M/s Karania & Associates, he also practices in partnership firm, since 2012 he is the managing partner of M/s Shinde & Karania. He was a partner in M/s V. T. Khare & Co. from 2008 to 2011.

The proprietor is appropriately assisted by trained employee and articled staff in rendering the professional services.
